add surcharge option #2
Description
add ability to add a service fee/surcharge to orders.
Features:
- enable/disable fee
- set fee label on checkout
- set global fee
- select woo-commerce categories for reduced fees
- select specific products for reduced fees
All settings will be added to a "Trips" settings panel in woocommerce settings.
