REPOSITORY_PASSWORD= in ot-node/current/.env does not update with installer var

The repository password for ot-node does not automatically update according to the installer DB_PASSWORD= and is currently hard code is to otnodedb. 

This causes an error on otnode start due to missmatched mysql passwd.
