Redelegation Max button not giving correct result

Issue description

Redelegation not giving correct total available amount when clicking max button. Doing it manually works.

Expected behavior

Everything listed as my contribution would be available to redelegate when clicking max.

Actual behavior

Max gives a different figure, wildly different.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Clicking Max button when trying to redelegate approx 17k Trac from Event Horizon to Lunar Lander
2. 44 Trac appears as the result
3. Override with the 17k actual amount listed as my contribution which worked
