Implement a secondary market for DC/DH contracts.
Abstract
Possible failure by a node to fulfill is contract is a disadvantage for network users. A secondary market combined with the possibility of contract transfer between nodes would mitigate this problem, as a failed contract could be auctioned off to other nodes, or even voluntarily resold to other nodes to free the user from its contract obligations with reduced or no penalty.
