Estimate: 0's for 1.5" reducers and gated wyes?

For lots of the calculations i see 0’s for 1.5” reducers and 1.5” gated wyes..

I tested this with several small/large values for both acres and structures and it looks like based on the calculations that it is correctly generating the values for 1.5" Gated Wye and 1" - 1.5" Reducer. I'm not sure however if this equation for generating the estimated numbers is correct. Should the calculation for these items be dependent on structures or acres?
