[UI] Header styling fix #76

Describe the UI issue
As you see there are just 2 objects inside the div of header which has opsimate logo img and another side is the navs and theme+ contact button
My suggestion is to keep 3 objects
All in justified places
logo on left
all navigations in between
contact and other on the right
Use your imagination to find out the best looking outcome for this. The current version only has 2 divs and makes it shaggy.
