Make MacOS a first class citizen

Now that we have access to Apple hardware, make the installation procedure painless on MacOS and check that we can actually drive the array, make audio work, etc

With new Py3/PyQt5 support, firemix runs great on macOS. Need to check the C++ software and the setup instructions.
