3.16 - debugging error windows displayed at user creation from admin portal

When a user is created from the admin portal and if the mail service is not available, a debugging error windows is displayed "!UserCreation.error!". This error is related to the following error in openwis.log:
"...08:17:46,350 ERROR [openwis.privileges] - User: admin4. User Creation: Error while sending email to user email yves.test28@yopmail.com"
An error message should be displayed in the window like "Email service not available" if possible
This error is not blocking and the user is well created.

This error was caused by an error in the configuration file openwis-metadataportal.properties.
In SMTP case, the lines :
# AWS SES credentials
openwis.metadataportal.email.region=
openwis.mail.senderAddress=
openwis.mail.adminAddress=

The lines must be left empty after the = sign.
