WIS 2.0 - Messaging evolution #627
Description
Per SC on 17 May 2021 - A Project Charter needs to be drafted along side formation of a pre-PMC for a project to: develop. demonstrte, and potentially create a reference implementation for an messaging soution that will be compliant with and meet the needs of WIS 2.0.
The initial milestone is for the pre-PMC team to be formed and Chater to be drafed as soon as possible, with feedback progress and conclusions to the SC by end November/early December 2021
