OpenWIS 3.x - Communication plan #626
Description
Per SC on 17 May - @solson-nws or @davidpodeur to create and implement a comunication plan for all users/centres that have deployments of OpenWIS. The communication plan should reflect the updated roadmap of OpenWIS.
