Description
Per Board on 4 June 2020 - This risk (along with #593) replaces #335. The mitigatin for this risk are the work done on implementing a new CICD enviroment and work planned to upgrade middleware, investigate alernative technologies for security service components i.e.investigate Keycloak as well as Geonetwork (see #584)
