  Product Goal: publish a web app with which candidates can input their data and opinions for an election group. Election group refers to one or more concurrent elections. Inputting the data defining the elections is out of scope. The application will also used in the future by parties and party factions to enter their data, which is only marginally different from that of the candidates.
