Minor inconsistency in data

For the 1999 National and Provincial elections, the number of registered voters reported by the API is not exactly the same as reported by the IEC at http://www.elections.org.za/content/Elections/National-and-provincial-elections-results/

For the national election, the numbers are 18,172,751 (iec website) vs. 18,162,063 (api).

However, the number of valid votes, and the breakdown per party does match up exactly.
