This GRF adds tram tracks, but it only adds ones that have 80km/h speed limit, while JP+ Trams adds vehicles with up to 201 km/h speed limits (140km/h if realistic limits are enabled).
One workaround is to arbitrarily increase speed limit to "speeding" or "boosted", but that bumps the speed limit on ALL roads, which is not great.
IMO best solution would be to add a second expensive, high-speed tram track.
