Coverage map covered up #38
Description
I was playing with the JP+ Building set, but when you go to open a town's coverage map, 90% of the building tiles cover up the red bounding boxes that display if the building has station coverage or not.
in this screenshot, you can see some of the buildings allow the red box to show through, but most don't.
