Yesterdays notes:

• ether-graph Proof of concept #1
  • Setting up repo and first issue
  • Scaffolding core project files, mish mashing package.json from openstudios.xyz and Langenium
  • Adding CSV sample data to the source folder
  • Setting up build system
  • Implementing d3-voronoi-treemap and downgrading D3 so I can use it
    • Implementing the example from the plugin author so I can how it works
    • Looking at how much code is required to drive this, I think it'd be easiest to implement static data first and then reverse engineer the data model later. The client may still want to change things so doing data now could create work that has to be unmade.

  • Adding basic styles
    • Centering entire page
    • Timeline elements
  • Adding Play and Rewind buttons
  • Modifying the data to scrape the CSV file instead of dummy JSON files
    • Hooking up the data for graphing. Still needs to be cleared
  • Refactoring the code into separate files
  • Clearing the drawn graphs when going between dates
  • Populating transactions table per date
  • Implementing play/pause button
  • Contacting Ben with a quick update and offer to send over the WIP for him to have a play with
