Sulfamate analogues sent for biological testing Feb 2023

The following compounds were synthesised by @yinuowang0812 and sent to TGSLS for potency evaluation against P. falciparum 3D7. The results have been received as below.

• 106 positive control is as expected
• Both sulfamates (80 and 81) are moderately active
• The benzylic alcohol (86) is inactive
