Add standard deviations from KW94 model. #362

What would you like to enhance and why? Is it related to an issue/problem?
Currently when asking for the params of an example model via rp.get_example_model, for instance with model="kw_94...", only the mean estimates of the model are returned and not the estimated standard deviations. In #361 the standard deviations for the basic and extended model from KW97 were added. We would like to have this additional information also for the models from KW94.
