Add example for reading raw CML data from CSV files and convert to xarray data

This is a followup to #34 where we decided to do the CSV file example first for PWS data only, which was done in #55.

Next step is now to add an example for CML data in CSV files, e.g. based on the example data transformation code with E-Band data from CZ).
