Heart Rate not updating regularly #7
Description
If there is a lot of movement and the heart rate algorithm fails to detect a good heart rate signal, it does not update the heart rate data source. This means the Android app interprets it as a constant heart rate. When it does find a valid signal it jumps to the new value, so it looks like a step change in heart rate.
Maybe we should force an update of the heart rate BLE service to send an invalid value every 5 seconds if it can not measure a good heart rate signal, as freezing is not a useful behaviour.
