Implementation Summary

Added localStorage persistence for the web search toggle following the same pattern as other user preferences in the codebase:

Changes made in frontend/src/components/UnifiedChat.tsx:

• Line 821-823: Initialize isWebSearchEnabled state from localStorage (webSearchEnabled key)
• Line 836-839: Added useEffect hook to save web search preference whenever it changes

This ensures the web search toggle state persists across chat sessions, just like the fullscreen mode and selected model preferences.
