Add more password crackers to the pwdeval Docker image

We should add some more of the cracking programs used in the research papers to the pwdeval image.

• rainbowcrack: sudo snap install --channel=beta rainbowcrack
• Georgia Tech's PARS, demos here

PARS simply uses ML algorithms generate guesses for John the Ripper. So we can simply add such ML algorithms.
