Backup: Add OpenSPP filestore backup

The backup script only takes care of the database backup, but not the OpenSPP filestore. This is needed for an on-premises deployment. An example of  Docker volume backup can be found [here](https://docs.docker.com/engine/storage/volumes/#back-up-a-volume).
