Add CI for QuickDocs - basic verification

There needs to be additional CI for QuickDocs to:

• validate spelling in all markdown;
• check for broken links.

Ideally also add some grammar checkers. There are some AI examples out there, but it is important that:

• the outcome is repeatable.
• it breaks the build rather than auto fixing.
