Stations with node vs way are rendered differently #131
Description
There are some stations in the Porto Metro system (Porto, Portugal) that are being rendered differently just because some are mapped as nodes, and some others are mapped as ways (areas).
Example:
| Mapped as node (stations "IPO" and "Hospital São João") | Mapped as way (station "Baguim") |

Expected behavior:
Both stations would be rendered in a similar way, both with blue text for example.
