The Data Institute is a collaboration between the Center for Journalism & Democracy and the Ida B. Wells Society for Investigative Reporting. It is a two-week intensive workshop that will teach you how to use data, design and code for journalism.
Applications for 2026 are now closed and review has begun. Applicants will hear back by May 28.
