CDName and CDURL do not match filename in SI_BaseQuantities1 and SI_Functions1

Some links on https://www.openmath.org/cdnames/ are broken. This page claims it is autogenerated based, I assume based on the information in the CDs.
Based on what happens with orthpoly, I think this is caused by a CDName that does not match the filename.

What is the procedure to fix this ? Which is leading ? Filename or CDName ?

Affected CDs in contrib below:

• contrib/cd/SI_BaseQuantities1.ocd (CDName is SI_BaseQuantities)
• contrib/cd/SI_Functions1.ocd (CDName is SI_functions1)
• contrib/cd/orthpoly1.ocd (CDName is orthpoly)
• contrib/cd/test1.ocd (CDName is function_properties; this CD seems to be unfinished)

Note: CDURL also contains the CDName in most of these cases

I found the first two manually and the other two by checking for broken links
