Broken links in the Differences between MicroProfile 7.1 and 7.0 doc

Hi @gkwan-ibm The ID team is currently investigating why those links are broken in 25.0.0.8. The two files exist in 25.0.0.8 but for some reason aren't available on the doc site.

With the release of 25.0.0.9, the current workaround is that when users click the links in 25.0.0.8, they are redirected to the 25.0.0.9 version of those topics. Not sure why this is the case but users will still have access to the information at the very least.
