Need to update the Java SE support page for 25.0.0.10 to include Java 25.

Need to update the Java SE support page for 25.0.0.10 to include Java 25. Please note that Java 25 is a Long Term Support (LTS) version of Java. Please update the following values for the current Java 24 row:

1. Java SE version to 25
2. LTS release, set to Yes
3. Blank out the value for End of Open Liberty support
4. Eclipse OpenJ9 Download to
   a. Link name to IBM Semeru 25
   b. Link URL to https://developer.ibm.com/languages/java/semeru-runtimes/downloads/?version=25
5. HotSpot Download to
   a. Link name to Eclipse Temurin 25
   b. Link URL to https://adoptium.net/temurin/releases/?version=25
6. Migration Advice to
   a. Link name to Java SE 25 migration guide
   b. Link URL to https://docs.oracle.com/en/java/javase/25/migrate/getting-started.html

These updates should not go out until Open Liberty 25.0.0.10 has become GA.

@is273. There is no link for downloading Eclipse OpenJ9... yet. I will open a new request to add that once it is available.

Would you update the table to put in the value TBD for the 25 row in the End of Open Liberty support column please? I should have had you put that in already. Completely my fault.
