Summary

This is a very minor release, none of the new functionality applies to 80% use-cases so no changes are needed to the main docs pages.

Here's a summary of changes for inclusion in the "Differences between MicroProfile 7.1 and 7.0" page:

• the default JSON Schema dialect can be set using the model API
• getExtension(String) and hasExtension(String) methods added to extensible model classes
