Update hot key reader descriptions for generate feature scenarios

We should reconsider the wording for various old and new feature gen options in the hot key menu.

For example, the hot key help currently states: "A new server configuration file will be generated in the SOURCE configDropins/overrides configuration directory." We need to specify that the src directory may not be modified. Or maybe we just update the "Generation of features to src directory: [ On ]" line to be more explicit.

Consider all feature gen related hot key wordings. Also consider what hot keys should be displayed when feature gen is off.
