Add property clickable index #79
Description
After the table of contents a clickable property index should provide quick access to the primary property table defining each property.
See the instructions on how to create this in the hidden text at the start of v1.2.1 or later so that the links work as hyperlinks in the PDF and HTML versions of the spec.
Please no change tracking for the adding of these entries.
This is a separate ticket because this job is fairly large and tedious.
