expired certificate when trying to install OpenFOAM-8 in Ubuntu

The standard procedure to install OpenFOAM-8 in Ubuntu fails with the following error:

ERROR: cannot verify dl.openfoam.org's certificate.
Issued certificate has expired.

Should be trivial to fix.
