OEP Data Upload Wizard: Changing columns in draft tables

Description of the issue

After creating a draft table and then wanting to change the column names after the fact an error is thrown(Invalid Definitions), but it is not indicated that the table columns can not be changed(name change, addition or deletion)

Steps to Reproduce

1.Create a new table draft
2.Click on the draft in your profile
3.Try to change a column/Add a column

Ideas of solution

Quick Fix: Grey out the column changes after table creation and add information about it not being possible to change columns after the fact
Long Term Solution: Allow Column changes after table creation in draft tables

Context and Environment

Using the OEP in Firefox version 115.14.0esr (64-bit) under Windows
