Touchpad scroll direction on Windows

When building and running Field2 from source on a Windows computer (Surface Book 2 with GTX 1060, Windows 11), the default touchpad behavior is to scroll up when swiping up and scroll down when swiping down.

This could be a user-customizable feature, or read from the system setting for the scroll direction instead.
