FW: Enable Bluetooth advertising on button press without device reset #162

Feature Request
Currently, starting Bluetooth advertising on the OpenEarable 2 device requires resetting the device to initiate advertising for connection with other devices. This limits usability and makes connecting cumbersome.
Requested feature:
- Allow the device to begin Bluetooth advertising through a specific button press, instead of requiring a reset.
- Advertising should only start after the button is pressed in the designated way.
- This will enable seamless connection with other devices on-demand, improving user experience.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Pressing the chosen button activates Bluetooth advertising for the device.
- Device does not require a reset to become discoverable.
- No unintended advertising when not explicitly triggered by the button.
- The connection to the paired phone can be restored
