A earlier fix lost track after some updates

Hi,
I noticed a problem caused by issue described here((#25) occurred again. The fix was applied to 319 but not inherited in later versions. Someone else also posted about problem caused by this in the forum https://community.opendronemap.org/t/stitching-failing-any-ideas-why/18953/6
