Support for Heltec Wireless Paper

Wouldnit be possible to add support for Heltec Wireless Paper in OpenDisplay firmware? The board is based on ESP32-S3 and 250 x 122 eink monochrome display.
The lora radio could stay disabled in this case.

That could be possible. I think this board has no PSRAM? If it does not, we need a custom build, but this is doable. The screen looks similar to the seeed 2.1" screen so we could try this one. Do you want to try configuring it yourself or should I create a config for you to test?
