I'm experiencing issues while loading the website:

Browser Errors:

• In Chrome, I receive an ERR_CONNECTION_RESET message.
• In Safari, the message states "server unexpectedly dropped the connection."

Troubleshooting Performed:

• I've cleared my browser's cache and cookies (both general and specific to your site).
• I've also tested accessing the site from a completely different internet connection/network, but the same errors persist.

I've checked some "down detector" websites, and I'm seeing conflicting information: downforeveryoneorjustme.com says the site is up, while isitdownrightnow.com reports it as down for everyone.

I've reached out to the publisher to investigate the issue on their end, in case the server is terminating the connection.

I get the following error in Firefox:

An error occurred during a connection to gpp.ppda.go.ug. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

Error code: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

I also tried the other link (https://gpp.ppda.go.ug/public/open-data/oc4ids/project-summary) that Michael shared via email and got the same result.

Access issues are now resolved. I'll wait till we get information about API structure before actioning this.
