"Vue CLI is in Maintenance Mode" -> use create-vue

Hi,

I am attempting to build a hello world widget, following these guidelines.
there vue-cli-service is used, and when trying to install this software, on its homepage the message:

⚠️ Vue CLI is in Maintenance Mode!
For new projects, it is now recommended to use create-vue to scaffold Vite-based projects.

... is present.

Maybe an overhaul of the build instructions is needed in time?
i will attempt to use this create-vue.
