Customize Vim mode

Hello,

Some folks on our team are a big fan of the new Vim mode, but have been wondering if there is a way to add a custom Vim configuration, rather than using the default one. I tried loading a configuration in a .vimrc file manually in both the operator and script-runner containers, but wasn't having any luck. Is there a way to do this? If not do you think you would add one in future? Not high priority obviously, but would be nice to have.
