Further curation of metrics

Further annotate property of metrics, e.g.:

• Problem types they are used for
  • Regression
  • Classification
  • Unsupervised tasks
  • ...
• Absolute or relative dimension
• Primary, composite or extended metric
• Which metrics are related
• Expected input (probabilities, distribution, continuous input)
• Score range
• Higher or lower scores better

I have started to annotate this information in an Excel sheet. We can think about if and how this could be integrated into the ontology.
