Plugin crashes with Pythn error when pressing OK without a chosen import file

If no file is chosen at the Plugin Dialog-Window and OK is pressed, the Plugin crashes with a Python error. This case should be catched by the code and a message to the usershould be generated. E.g. by making the field mandatory or by greying out the OK button as long as there is no import file chosen.
