Question, balance of address and payments detection.

I noticed that there is no way to know the transactions or balance of an address.

How does OpenBazaar detects payments if this feature is not implement?

If you get the transactions there is no address on the list of transactions, how can we match a tx with an address when using it?

I don't recall and I don't easily find those relationships in the codebase. I haven't spent much time in this repo, but maybe @cpacia could fill you in?

Thank you, I moved to a full node for the moment but It would be nice to know how OpenBazaar detects new payments exactly. Not a go developer so having problems following the code.

An alternate workaround might be to run a different wallet if you want balance distinction. You can also read the .spvwallet/wallet.db file with sqlite3 to get complete transaction data.

EDIT: I hacked a quick c++ wrapper for these kinds of things at https://github.com/xloem/spvwalletpp . in combination with something like libbitcoin you might be able to use spvwallet with full functionality of a node.
