Include branch_routing schema and address during import of branches from template

Scenario: Importing branches from sheet
When the sheet template includes branch_routing scheme and address, include this data in the import.

Currently the importer hard codes it to:
"branch_routing":{ "scheme":"OBP", "address":"123abc" }
