Create a dedicated page to Lighter End's configuration settings, explaining what each does and which require restarts to apply changes.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I mean... the ModMenu screen is pretty self-explanatory. Anything that needs special noting (like the "Spawn in The End" game mode) could get an entry on misc
