a track on ads1299 ,diasy board

seems there is some thing wrong,when i open diay pcb on design spark,i see a track on top layer that connect 16 pin of ads1299

If you left click it, it will highlight as a white line as seen in this image. If you then check its properties it turns out to be the copper fill (border) of the bottom-layer. As the ADC is located at the top-layer, this only seems to be a short, while in reality the fill is on the other side of the pcb.
