This generates .opencode/agents/, .opencode/commands/, and .opencode/skills/ from the .claude/ source files. All 26 agents, 27 commands, and skills are synced with proper OpenCode YAML frontmatter (model IDs, tool permissions, agent modes).
.claude/ is the single source of truth. After editing any agent, command, or skill file in .claude/, run npm run sync:opencode to regenerate the .opencode/ directory.
