Use IOCTL to access RPMSG devices instead of sysfs nodes.

Some demos currently use sysfs nodes to access rpmsg devices. However, that limits apps to run in root mode only. If IOCTLS are used, then apps running in usermode can also perform RPMSG communication with remote.
