'$' Symbol Before Commands in README Files Makes Copy-Pasting Unfriendly

In openamp-doc and system-reference, we have several README files with console commands.
Here is an example: https://github.com/OpenAMP/openamp-docs/blob/main/README.md

It would be nice to remove the '$' or perhaps find a more elegant way to highlight that these are console commands.
